We encourage visitors to take advantage of the full festival period in order to create a settled and familiar atmosphere. The full price for an adult ticket for four nights camping and four days of workshops is £150. A non refundable deposit of £50 is required when booking to ensure your place.

 

Simply choose the appropriate booking button on the ticket page and you will be taken to a page where you can choose the number of tickets you require, the date of arrival.

 

When you press PAY NOW you will be given the usual PayPal page where you can enter your PayPal account details.  If you do not use PayPal please contact us using the email address or phone number below and we can give you the BACs payment details to pay Swamp directly.

If you book on or after 28th May the staff will not know (we will be on site with no computer!) but you can still book – just print out your paypal receipt and bring it along – or be able to show it to us on your phone email screen.

 

On receipt of payment you will be sent a booking confirmation via email.

 

VISITING THE EVENTS BUT NOT CAMPING?
If you live locally and want to go home at the end of the day, this is fine, but there is not a reduction in cost. Your ticket price is going towards the hire of the site as a whole.

 

STAYING MONDAY NIGHT?
If you want to arrive before Wednesday or leave later than Monday afternoon you can, at a cost of £10 per night for adults camping.
Please contact me if you want to do this as you will need to pay separately.

 

RETURNS POLICY

If, for any reason, your plans change after you have bought tickets, you are entitled to a refund up to 30 days before the start of the festival. (Not including deposit) This year (2014) the festival starts on 28th May, so the last day for ticket refunds would be 24th May. After this date it is not possible to issue refunds, deposits are not refundable.
